BKSA / IKO

The IKO is the international body responsible for regulating the safe development of the sport. The BKSA (British Kitesurfing Association) was formed in 1999. It regulates schools and training within the UK, liaises with private and public sectors, organises the national competition circuit and generally promotes the safe development of the sport in the UK.
